TAK Systems presents the innovative heating system of the future.

FUNCTION

The frequency heating consists of a boiler with an integrated heating element, as well as a control cabinet with a drive converter and the circulation pump required for the heating.

In contrast to conventional electric heaters, the heating element can not only be switched on and off using the converter, but it is also possible to run different power profiles.

It is possible to shorten the heating time by slightly overvolting. This is done using the frequency-dependent voltage control implemented in drive converters. The heating element has been specially optimized for this application and is available in different versions for heating applications and hot water preparation.

TAK Systems has protected the frequency heating technology with the German Patent and Trademark Office and is the only provider of this novel and highly efficient heating technology.


SYSTEM STRUCTURE


Clear and easy to understand! The heating system consists of 2 main components:

  • Switch cabinet
  • Water-tank

The circulation pump and attachments are additional components. All components are installed indoors only.

CONNECTION WITH SOLAR SYSTEMS

 

You don't need any peripheral devices such as inverters or charge controllers.


The photovoltaic modules can be connected directly to the control cabinet.

The energy generated is delivered to the heating elements via the control cabinet.

A sufficiently large storage volume is integrated for night operation, which is also controlled by the cabinet.

An existing photo-voltaic system (solar cells) can be seamlessly integrated or integrated at a later point in Time.
